Join Konstella to access volunteer opportunities.
🌟 All volunteer sign-ups (Room Reps, Art Docents/Art Aides, Classroom Volunteers) open Thursday, August 14  at 9:00am
Whether you can give a little time or a lot, your support helps enrich our students’ educational experience. Thank you for being part of our amazing school community!
Before volunteering on campus, all parents must complete the Parent Volunteer Clearance Process:
Click HERE & Submit the Parent Volunteer Clearance Form, which includes:
Reading and agreeing to the Arcadia Unified School District Parent Volunteer Agreement
Completing the TB Risk Assessment Form and Submitting a clear Tuberculosis (TB) test on file with the school office.
New/First-time Volunteers must complete the form and get a clear TB test result before volunteering on campus. The form must be completed & signed off by a physician within the last 60 days.
Returning Volunteers must have their TB test date verified by the front office to ensure they’re still cleared (TB tests are typically valid for 4 years).
Room Reps act as liaisons between the classroom teacher, parents, and PTSA. They communicate volunteer needs, coordinate class donations for teacher gifts, organize class parties with teachers, and support school-wide events. Co-Room Reps will support, share responsibilities, and work together with the Room Reps. Konstella will be the main form of communication so encourage all your parents to join Konstella and support PTSA.Â

Help make art come alive in your child’s classroom with our amazing Foundations in Art program at Highland Oaks.
Art Docents lead guided art lessons (no art background required—training and materials provided) approximately once a month.
Art Aides assist during art sessions and help with prep and cleanup.
Want to help throughout the year? Classroom volunteers may be contacted by Room Reps for support with:
Library Aide
Clerical help
Special classroom projects
Signing up gives Room Reps a go-to list of parents willing to lend a hand when opportunities arise.
Your time and involvement help create a vibrant, connected, and thriving school community. We truly rely on our volunteers to make programs, events, and everyday classroom support possible.
Most of all, our students love seeing their parents on campus—it shows them that school is a place where family and learning go hand in hand. Whether it’s once a week or once a semester, every little bit helps.
Thank you for being a part of the Highland Oaks family!
