In order to volunteer, all parents must 

• Fill out Parent Volunteer Clearance Form 

• Read and agree to the Arcadia Unified School District Parent Volunteer Agreement

• Have a clear Tuberculosis (TB) test on file in our school office. Click here to download a copy of the TB Risk Assessment Form. A completed form on file is valid for 4 years.
