Dear Highland Oaks Families,

The Highland Oaks Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA) would like to welcome new and returning families to the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. We're excited to introduce our newly redesigned 2026-2027 HOPTSA Membership Opportunities Program!

Over the years, families have been asked to support Highland Oaks PTSA (HOPTSA) in several different ways. To simplify our annual giving efforts, we’ve combined PTSA membership, classroom teacher gifts, performing arts sponsorship opportunities, and select event benefits into one convenient Membership Opportunities Program.

This new approach allows families to choose the level of support that works best for them while helping HOPTSA continue to provide enriching programs, events, and experiences for all students. Our goal is to reduce the number of separate donation requests families receive throughout the year. 

Membership levels are available to fit every family's budget:

Family Membership ($40) includes PTSA membership, classroom teacher appreciation gift contribution, school year calendar magnet, and admission to PTSA-sponsored events with member perks all year.

Supporting Membership ($110) receives all Family Membership benefits, plus a digital recording keepsake of both the Holiday and Spring Concerts. Supporting Members also help fund programs such as Foundations in Art, Performing Arts, family events, teacher appreciation, and other student enrichment opportunities. 

Bronze ($250) | Silver ($500) | Gold ($1,000) | Platinum ($2,500) | Premier ($5,000)
Higher membership levels offer additional benefits such as unique HOPTSA Experiences, Holiday & Spring concert early entrance/VIP lounge access/reserved seating, recognition opportunities, and business promotion opportunities.

Please note that this initiative does not replace our annual PTSA Hawk Walk fundraiser, which remains one of Highland Oaks' most beloved traditions and directly funds student field trips. Additionally, Charleston Wrap will continue as a separate school-sponsored fundraiser later in the school year.
